HAS 2018 Meals

Meals for the Heartland Apicultural Society’s 2018 conference at Washington University in St. Louis will be provided through Bon Appetit Catering at the Danforth University Center (DUC). Campus dining at Washington University in St. Louis is ranked #3 in the nation by Princeton Review.

Participants can buy meal points online with registration and use them at the DUC for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast costs $8 and lunch $9.

Meals will be served in Danforth University Center, called The Duc (pronounced “duck” as in Donald) (#28 on the map).

HAS is offering evening events that include dinner on Wednesday July 11, Thursday July 12 and Friday July 13. Dinner is also available in the DUC payable there by cash or credit card for those who don’t pre-register and participate in the HAS evening events..

If you purchase meal cards and exceed the allocated amount, you may pay using cash or check at the dining hall.  If you have an excess amount left on your card, it will be considered a donation to Heartland Apicultural Society.

Food Allergies?
Fill out and send in this form prior to arriving on campus. Once received at WashU, the form is forwarded to the nutritionist who will then process and forward to the catering department and the chefs.  The attendee will be notified that their request has been received.  The special meals will be kept separate from the regular food items and clearly marked for the attendee.
