HAS 2026 - Lodging - HAS - Heartland Apicultural Society

Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center, 219 S. Harrison Rd., East Lansing, MI 48824

The conference will take place at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center. A group room block has been created with lodging available for $129 per night before taxes and fees. 

Please reserve your lodging by calling Reservations at 800-875-5090 to secure your room by May 8. Use the code 22409 to receive the group rate. Lodging accommodations requested after May 8, 2026 will be based on the hotel’s availability and may not be able to honor the group room block rate of $129 per night.

Parking is not included in the overnight fee and there is an additional $15 charge per vehicle per night.

Brody Dorm Complex Lodging (Limited Availability), 241 W. Brody Rd., East Lansing, MI 48824 (Located across the road from Kellogg Center)

Participation in this lodging option includes a required meal plan at Brody Square. All included meals are expected to be utilized as part of this arrangement.

Please note that meal participation directly impacts our ability to continue offering dorm housing for adult groups in the future. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for this expectation.

Registration by May 15 is required if you wish to book dorm lodging.

May 30-31, 2026 – Single AC Dorm -$150 – Includes:

Lodging May 30 Only

Double Dorm Lodging– Only one individual needs to register for this option. Be sure to include the second individuals name below. Each person will receive a key and a meal keycard. Please note the rooms have two single beds.

May 29-May 31, 2026 – Double Occupancy – 2 Single Beds AC Dorm – $365 – Includes:
