Share Your Expertise: Vendor Sessions
We truly value your presence at HAS and the expertise you bring to the conference. A limited number of vendor presentation opportunities will be available during the event.
If you’re interested in presenting, please indicate your interest during registration by May 10th. Following this date, all submissions will be reviewed, and selected presenters will be contacted by HAS staff.
Submitting your interest early helps ensure your session can be considered for inclusion in the program and promotional materials.
Sales Tax collection: You will be responsible for collecting sales tax.
Bee Memorable: Attendee Giveaways
Get your brand directly into attendees’ hands by including a catalog, flyer, or promotional item in the conference bags. Practical items like notepads or pens with your contact information are especially effective and tend to be used throughout the event.
If you’re participating as a vendor, consider adding a special offer—such as a discount coupon—to drive traffic to your table. Even if you’re unable to attend, a bag insert ensures your business is still represented at the conference.
Some sponsor levels include this option at no additional cost while others may add this option as part of the sponsor/vendor registration. If you are planning to provide items please let us know and plan to provide 300 items for the bags.
You may ship items in advance with instructions that will be provided to those who select this item or the items may be brought to the conference but must be on-site by Friday, May 29, 2026, at 2 p.m. to be included in the giveaway materials.
Please plan to provide 300 items for the bags. Extra bags and stuffers will be distributed by HAS Directors at state meetings.
Help us create a little buzz with Door Prizes
We’re looking for exciting, high-quality door prizes that will delight our attendees and keep the energy going throughout the conference. Whether it’s a must-have beekeeping tool, a unique product, or something fun and unexpected—great prizes make a lasting impression and keep your name top of mind. Please let us know if you are willing to provide items during sponsor and vendor sign-up.
