Hello and Welcome to HAS 2014!!

Your Vendor Registration comes with 1 table and 2 chairs at a cost of $90.00 per table. If you need electricity, please indicate that on the registration form. There is a $10.00 fee for electricity for the duration of the conference.

Here are some of the things you need to know:

Set-up: Vendors may begin to set up their exhibit on Wednesday, July 9th after 1:00 PM

Meals: A Food Court with a variety of services is located on the 1st Floor of the Student Center. (Summer Hours of Operation: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm) Conference attendees are on their own for Breakfast and Lunch. Thursday and Friday dinner is catered on the terrace of Grinnell Residence Hall at 5:30 pm. Thursday dinner cost: $10 per person. Thursday evening meal will be pasta (lasagna, chicken fettuccine alfredo, ravioli in marinara sauce) and pizza, breadsticks, drinks (followed by the H.A.S. Ice Cream social). Friday dinner cost: $15 per person. Friday evening meal will consist of either BBQ pulled turkey or pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw, garden salad, drink and cobbler. On the registration form, indicate your choice of entrée for each of the dinners that you are purchasing.

Rooms: Dormitory rooms at Grinnell Residence Hall are either single or double occupancy. Sheets, pillow, blanket, and towel are provided. Bring your own toiletries. If you are sharing a room with an individual other than listed on your registration form, please indicate on the pre-registration form the name of the individual you are sharing a room to aid in assignment purposes. You may request to be assigned a roommate if you are interested in sharing a room but do not already have someone in mind; we will match you with another request of the same gender. Each suite consists of two double occupancy bedrooms and 1 bath. Cost: $45 – 1 person single occupancy; $30 – per person (double occupancy). Lost key charge: $110.

Hotels:Â Click here for hotel list (pdf file)Â for details and follow instructions if you choose to stay in any of the hotels HAS has a hold on rooms. All are within about a 20 minute drive max from the conference site.

Break Sponsors: If you are interested in sponsoring a break the cost is $200.00 per break. An acknowledgement of your sponsorship will be posted at each break you sponsor.


Program Advertising: This year HAS will have advertising opportunities in their conference program. So if you aren’t able to participate as a vendor or your want to enhance your company’s appearance, you can run an ad in the conference program. Pre-conference and post conference shipping: Information will be included with your confirmation.

Deadline: Registration should be postmarked by June 6, 2014. It is very important to get your registration in by the deadline in order for us to plan accordingly. Please make your check out to HAS 2014 and mail to the address provided below.
